This dressing provides an excellent complement for salads that include beets, frisée, endive, radicchio, and other bitter greens.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons

Method

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oils and blend.
