Ingredients

  • ½ pound great northern beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small gr

Method

In a large saucepan add the beans and enough water to cover by 3 inches. Bring to a boil, skim, reduce the heat, and cook for 45 minutes, or until tender.

When cool, drain and place them in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. Serve warm with Grilled Mikie.
