New feature: Personalize search to your dietary preferences

ckbk offers a range of ways to personalize the website and app to match your needs, including metric vs US units, font size and light/dark mode. The latest new setting lets you specify your dietary preferences for search.

These new features are available right now on the ckbk website, and will be available in the ckbk iOS app and Android app in the coming days.

How to customize your search to match your dietary preferences

Visit ckbk's settings page to specify your dietary preferences and how they affect search.

You can choose to limit to recipes matching a certain diet (e.g. vegan) while excluding other recipes from search results.

You can also choose to prefer certain diets. This has the effect of boosting matching recipes to the top of the search results but still showing others further down. Useful for those who are working to increase the the amount of plant-based cooking they do/

By visiting search settings can also choose whether or not to show calories per serving on search results.

Of course when it comes to cakes, you can always adjust this by cutting larger or smaller slices!
