Peel bananas; slice lengthwise, then cross-cut slices in half (this quarters the bananas). Heat the butter in a wok until the butter bubbles. Add banana slices. Fry bananas on both sides over medium heat until golden and soft. Sprinkle in palm sugar and stir over heat until the sugar dissolves and thickens to a syrup. Immediately transfer to a shallow bowl, sprinkle with lime juice and serve.</
