Shrimp burgers, who does that!? Me, that’s who! Just look at that photo: the burgers are juicy, loaded with flavor, and even better tasting than they look! A burger needs some fries, and these smoky spiced jicama fries do the trick.
For the burgers, add ⅓ of the shrimp to a food processor and puree until smooth. Add the rest of the shrimp and the remaining burger ingredients up until and including the salt and pepper and puree until almost smooth—you want a little texture. The way I like to form burger patties is to divide the mixture into five portions, put a piece of plastic wrap over a large peanut butter jar lid
