  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ses

Method

Whisk the eggs with salt, sesame oil, white pepper and 1 tbsp water until evenly mixed. In a hot wok, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, then add egg mixture. Use a ladle to stir the egg mixture over high heat until little egg flowers form (looking like scrambled eggs). Remove to a plate. This will be added to fried rice at the last second.
