This is a deluxe, special, soft-texture burger: easy to make and easy to eat. It’s our go-to burger at a barbecue, served with Rosie’s Tomato Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, cru

Method

  1. Put the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or so, until soft and translucent. Put the cooked onions into a food processor and blitz briefly to get a rough paste.
