Paneer Makhani

This is a relatively new edition to the Brilliant menu and was added by public demand. We found many customers would request a butter paneer or makhani paneer dish and it was only right to add this delicious creamy buttery dish to the menu. The dish was created by Chef Sunil who is the master of his kitchen. In fact, he has been part of The Brilliant for over ten years and I am fortunate to have learned many of my culinary skills from Sunil too. He makes this Paneer Makhani
