Measure the biscuits to fit the bottom and sides of a 2-quart serving bowl.
In a food processor or blender, blend the condensed milk, egg yolks, and fruit juice for 1 minute. Add the mascarpone cheese and pulse another second, or until blended. Cover the bottom of the serving bowl with 1 cup of the mixture.
