Perfect for Valentine’s Day or a romantic teatime treat, these biscuits are made with the same mixture used for the animal biscuits and are coated with a thin layer of red regal icing. Dad made them every Valentine’s Day and they sold quickly. Mum created a special window containing heart-shaped cakes, fruit flans and biscuits for the occasion.
