People eat dessert not because they’re still hungry, but because it’s delicious! From birthday cakes to warm cookies right out of the oven to a favorite pastry at a local bakery, desserts are comfort foods. You can try to cram a little nutrition into them, but at the end of the day, we seek them out simply to celebrate and indulge ourselves. They’re good for the soul. At Vedge, we want our guests to save room for some of that indulgence, but we’re also trying to push the experience further, offering inspired flavor combinations and techniques that put fruits and even some vegetables front and center.
