It is so easy to buy virtually anything that takes your fancy, ready prepared. But I pity those who regard cooking as a chore and a bore. Taking time to make a meal for yourselves, your family or friends should be enjoyable and not regarded as a slog, or a waste of free time.
Cooking is fun. It lifts your spirits on a bad day. It is a sociable experience. It is done for love and enjoyment. Above all, it is all about giving others a good time.
