This is usually everybody’s favourite chapter. Delicious puddings with lots of cream, custard or chocolate. I must admit I get really excited making puddings and there are many here that have become firm favourites. The Jaffa Cake Pudding is so good it’s almost reached the classic status of my bread and butter pudding. I’ve always been a fan of Jaffa Cake biscuits and so decided to have a go at making a pudding with the same theme. To say it works is an understatement. Cutting through the chocolate, orange jelly and then into the sponge is a knockout. Three different textures and tastes that all go together so well.
