Puddings

This is a very full chapter: lots of puddings with lots of features, recipes for different kinds of biscuits, chocolate puddings, steamed sponges and, of course, a whole section of home-made ice-creams.

The ice-cream feature runs from a straight Vanilla Ice-cream to Honey and Whisky Ice-cream and even a Black Forest Arctic Roll!

Ice-cream recipes could be endless. The ones I have included are all personal favourites that have simple alternative methods for those in a hurry. You could almost make them all using a bought vanilla ice-cream, then stirring in the other flavourings.
