Cake For Breakfast

The moment we started talking about this book, I knew I really wanted to have a section called Cake for Breakfast. The lovely Amy North, editor of British Baker, interviewed me for a piece about sticky buns and I remember telling her that I thought sticky buns, cinnamon buns and brioche were all perfectly acceptable to eat in the morning. She says she thinks about that every time she wants to justify something indulgent for breakfast!
