Electric Mixers

Many of the recipes in this book can be prepared without an electric mixer. But if you do a lot of baking, an electric mixer is a good investment. Be sure to get one that has a heavy motor and comes with paddle, whisk, and dough attachments. Kenwood and KitchenAid are two reliable companies.
