Kataifi pastry - a Greek pastry in origin (in Turkish it’s kadaif) but used around the Aegean. This is a pastry that looks like very fine vermicelli, made from wheat. Mostly used in desserts, one of the best being a rolled-up pastry filled with pistachio nuts soaked in sugar honey syrup.
