Bowl Scraper

A thin, flexible piece of plastic about the size of your hand and the shape of a kidney bean or half-moon, a bowl scraper is nifty for scraping batters out of bowls and folding large amounts of ingredients into batters. They are also convenient for quick cleanup jobs. I always have one in my chef’s coat pocket when I’m baking.
