Although the country is now called Sri Lanka, the tea is still referred to as Ceylon tea. The best types are “high grown”, particularly those at 6000 feet above sea level, but “middle grown” are also good. Tea from the tropical rain forest area is known as “low grown” tea. There are various types available.
