How to save leftovers, step one: Grab a frying pan. This method works for day-old rice, dumplings, even cold pizza. And, as it turns out, liang pi, too. Just like fried rice, the addition of green onions makes a day-two rendition even better. This works if you couldn’t eat your liang pi fresh when you made it (and you stored it in the fridge), but if you have a bowl of already dressed noodles, you can just start by sautéing the green onion, adding the leftover liang pi, and topping with fre
