If you’re using an ovenproof skillet, the quiche can go straight to the table. Alternatively, you can use a quiche pan or a low springform pan. I sprinkle the puff pastry with finely chopped herbs for a quick and delicious herb dough. You can also add grated lemon zest for some zing.
