This burger takes its inspiration from America’s Test Kitchen’s original veggie burger, which piqued my interest because of its pairing of lentils, bulgur, and cashews. Bulgur can be such an incredibly valuable grain to keep around, because it’s so easy to cook—just cover with boiling water and let stand to rehydrate.
