One of my most popular easy recipes. I love both creamy dishes and noodles, so this is a match made in heaven on a plate.

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) rice noodle nests
  • olive oil, for frying

Method

Switch on the kettle and put your rice noodle nests in a bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside.

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a small pan, then add the tofu and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry over a high heat until crispy on the outside, then set aside.
