  • Milk 300 ml
  • Sugar 75 g
  • Flour

Method

Custard

Mix the milk, sugar and vanilla extract, heat, add flour and cook on a low heat. Pour onto a baking tray. When the cream cools, heat the butter and mix using a blender.

Mix the finished custard gently with pastry cream.
