Method
Put on your kettle to boil.
Add the chopped potato to a saucepan of boiling water. Add a pinch of salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
Peel the chorizo and discard the skin. Dice it into 1cm cubes.
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a non-stick frying pan and fry the chorizo over a medium heat for 1 minute. Add the onion and cook together for 3 minut
