Ingredients

  • Finely grated rind of half an orange plus 1 tbsp of the juice
  • 1 tbsp

Method

Mix all the ingredients together, except the oil.

Whisk the hazelnut oil into the orange base ingredients slowly, until all is mixed together well and beginning to thicken slightly.

Can be warmed before drizzling over seared scallops.
