Ingredients

  • 25-30 ripe cherry tomatoes, washed and cut into halves
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp

Method

Put all ingredients except olive oil and herbs into blender and liquidise as smooth as possible.

Sieve the tomato mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.

Rinse the blender goblet to remove all traces of pips and small fragmen
