Quite often a veggie burger is thought of as a healthy option, but this is an indulgent ‘dirty’ burger! It’s topped with melting smoked cheese and stacked into a soft brioche bun with sticky sweet onions, spiced mayo, gherkins and some lettuce. For the ultimate experience, serve with some Sweet Potato Fries and Fennel and Radish Coleslaw (opposite). (Picture on following page.)
