This pretty cake has much less sugar than most, plus it is pink, moist, and has a fresh strawberry flavor. For a pinker cake or frosting, add a few drops of red food coloring.

Method

To make cake, move rack to center of oven. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 2 (8-inch) round cake pans with cooking spray and lightly dust with flour.
