I’ll never forget the first panna cotta I ever tasted – it was so disappointing! With a texture not dissimilar to rubber, it was nothing like I had imagined. My opinions were only swayed some years later, giving the dessert another try while out for lunch. Making its way to the table with a mesmerizing wobble, I knew this was going to be a completely different experience. It was soft and creamy and it melted the moment it hit my mouth.
