This is easy and absolutely delicious. The amount of fat is well worth the calories and the cholesterol as it does have a big effect on the flavour - and, as we know, balance is the way to go with diet. A little bit of everything won’t hurt.
The prosciutto in this recipe is a substitute for yunnan ham, a delicacy from south-western China which, to the best of my knowledge, is not available in Australia.
