Giant Custard Cream Jammie Dodger

These days it seems everybody is doing a recipe for jammie dodgers, named after Roger the Dodger from The Beano. But mine has custard cream in it and it’s big, like a cake. I made smaller blackcurranty ones for my Dr Who-themed meal. The 11th doctor used a jammie dodger as a psychological weapon against the Daleks.
