Sesame-Brown Sugar Cookies

Sesame is an ingredient that has become more common lately to use in desserts that don’t usually call for it. The trend is well-deserved: sesame offers a nutty, sweet flavor and satisfying crunchy texture. In these sugar cookies, sesame is added in two ways, in the form of sesame oil and whole seeds.
