Ingredients: 5 crushed Golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies) (without the icing center); 5 tbsp melted butter; 3 tbsp sprinkles; 24 oz (675 g) cream cheese (softened); ¼ cup (50 g/1.8 oz) granulated sugar; 1½ tsp vanilla cup (5 tbsp) sprinkles; ½ cup (80 g/3 oz) white chocolate (melted & cooled); 1 cup (83 g/1.9 oz) Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream; 35 Golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies); 1 cup Funfetti cake mix (heat-treated)

Method

Finely crush the vanilla sandwich cookies until the material resembles sand, then pour into a large bowl.
Add the melted butter and sprinkles to the crushed cookies. Mix to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan and place in the fridge to set while you make the filling.
Place the cake mix in the microwave for 2 minute
