Copra nu Ice Cream

Family friends visiting us one summer requested that I cook them dinner. For dessert, I decided to experiment with some of my favourites, and although the ingredients and textures are very different from what is typically used to make ice cream, the ice cream ended up being the highlight of the evening, so I have chosen to share it with everyone. Lime, coconut, and cardamom are ingredients many of us imagine to be savoury, yet they create a perfectly delicious dessert.
