Minced Beef with Hard-Boiled Eggs and Olives

For most of my life I grew up on a tiny street located at the end corner of Leblon, called Rua Aperana. My building faced the oncoming street, and even though I didn’t have a view of the beach, we had a view of the beginning of Canal at Rua Visconde de Albuquerque, which leads you to other neighbourhoods including Jardim Botânico and Gávea.

My life was built around that corner of Leblon, with my after-school activities consisting of learning English twice a week at Ann Arbor English
