Method

  1. In a saucepan, blend cornstarch and salt with part of milk. Add egg yolks and mix well. Add remaining milk and ingredients included in B.
  2. Place saucepan over moderate-high heat and bring to a brisk boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
