The sweet flavour of the roasted red peppers combined with the earthy flavour of the walnuts, with a kick from the chilli, means this dip hits all the spots. Walnuts look like a brain and are really good for the brain. Sometimes nature shows us what parts of the body foods are good for. I like to serve this with fresh cucumber slices.

Ingredients

  • 450 g/1 lb jar of roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, then serve.
