I never really understood kohlrabi; I tried it so many times but I just couldn’t find my flow with it, and on a level I didn’t really like it. Then one day it all changed. A friend made me a salad with kohlrabi, apple and tarragon – the flavours together blew my mind. It’s funny how someone can make you something and just like that your whole perspective can change.
I went back to my boat, got witchy and started creating, added a sauce and a sprinkle of bits and it went to a whole o
