Method

Chocolate Crust

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until a cohesive dough is formed. Mold the dough into a 12-inch tart pan, making sure the crust is pressed as evenly as possible

Chocloate Mousse Filling

Blend all the ingredients on high speed in a high-speed blender until the mixture reaches 60°F
