These biscuits eat very well with cheese. I like to cut them no bigger than 2.5 cm (1 in). This makes them just the right size for cheese bites. Herbs can also be added to this recipe, a teaspoon of chopped parsley, sage or both work very well.

Ingredients

  • 275 g (10 oz) plain flour
  • A pinch of baking powder

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6. Grease a baking tray or line with silicone paper.
