This is an unbelievably simple but perfect-for-spring recipe that I first tried at La Pointe du Grouin. Small wild strawberries are the perfect size for this dessert, but normal size halved strawberries will also do the trick. Try to get a good artisanal apple cider so as not to overwhelm the palette with too much sweetness. It doesn’t get much easier than this recipe, which is simply served in individual wine glasses.
