Struggle for time in the mornings for a healthy breakfast? This is the perfect sip-on-the-way-to-work boost everyone needs. It’s my life’s-a-bit-mental breakfast. I used to start my day with flat whites and no breakfast until I created this and it helped me lose weight and have more energy without having to sit down and eat.

  • If you don’t have fresh fruit or fruit salad to hand, get some tinned fruit in juice. Or just chuck in something from the fruit bowl.
