Once the sweetest, juiciest tomatoes start coming around in late July and into August, I pretty much subsist on this panzanella. I declare impromptu picnics so we can bring it to the park for lunch, pick up some prosciutto and cheese to serve next to it for a weekly no-cook dinner, and carry it along to just about every potluck and cookout.
