Watermelon Sherbet

One of my favorite summertime frozen treats growing up was a Friendly’s Wattamelon Roll. It had a thin outer layer of green lime sherbet, followed by a layer of white lemon sherbet, and then the star of the show, a beautiful red watermelon sherbet studded with chocolate chips to mimic watermelon seeds—all in the shape of a watermelon slice.
