In a medium saucepan, stir together the berries, sugar, honey, and lime juice.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Cook for 10–15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for about 20–25 minutes. Stir often to make sure it does not stick.
Once berries are tender, it will look like syrup but will thicken up once cooled
