Pizza

The best pizza I have ever eaten was made by Paul Hollywood when the Bake Off team were all in a lockdown bubble in a hotel in Essex, so we could film during the Covid pandemic. He had his commercial oven delivered to the garden of the hotel and he made pizzas for the 100-odd people on site: hotel staff, production team, bakers, us. He served the pizzas one by one, fresh from a 500°C/930°F oven. Their
