It’s great for your banchan spread or as a burst of freshness tucked into a Roasted Pork Belly Lettuce Wrap or Doenjang-glazed Lamb Lettuce Wrap. Try it on sandwiches as well, in lieu of pickled hot peppers or jalapeño slices.
