When you have made your own tofu or purchased it fresh from a really good source, this is the best way to enjoy its delightful flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 block fresh soft or firm tofu (11 to 14 ounces), chilled

Method

Cut the chilled tofu into bite-sized pieces, about inches on each side. Arrange the tofu cubes on a large serving platter. Top each square with a portion of the ginger, scallions, and sesame seeds.
