Just two cooked leftover salmon fillets is enough to create this tasty salmon pasta meal the following day.

Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta
  • 250 g crème fraîche

Method

  1. Add the pasta to a saucepan and cook accordingly to the packet instructions.
  2. Put the crème fraîche, frozen peas, vegetable stock cube and leftover salmon fillets in a large frying pan or shallow casserole dish and cook on low for about 5–6 minutes until the peas are cooked and the salmon has warmed through.
